The cottage boasts a central location in the popular market town of Lechlade-on-Thames.
Lechlade sits in an Area of Natural Beauty on the River Thames, with good road links from all directions and within easy reach of charming Cotswold villages and countryside. The market square is dominated by the 15th century parish church, surrounded by independent shops, cafes and several pubs.
The cottage includes period features along with central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom and sheltered, secure, courtyard garden.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one first floor with double bed and a second floor room with twin singles. There is a first floor reading & relaxation room with view of the garden and churchyard beyond, a day bed, books & games.
The living room has flagstone floors, window seats, large sofa and armchair, fold away dining table, TV with Freeview.
Looking out over the cottage garden, the galley kitchen is fully equipped with double fan oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Picnic rug, flask and cutlery are provided.
The ground floor modern bathroom includes both a bath and shower, heated towel rail and non-slip bath mat.
The secluded garden has table and chairs, a great space to unwind with a coffee and a book.
