In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to work with soft metals using a variety of specialist tools and techniques. Guided step-by-step by an experienced tutor, you’ll learn hand embossing techniques to create unique Christmas decorations in metal. You’ll use a range of tools to shape soft metals, build pattern and texture, and practise embossing and debossing, plus simple colouring and ageing effects. Make a collection of beautiful decorations to hang on your tree. These versatile skills are ideal for wall art, hanging decorations, card making, jewellery making and more.
This course is ideal for beginners and curious crafters looking to try something new in a friendly, supportive and social environment.
