Residential Package: 2 Crafters in a Shared Double or Twin Room

This is for the above package only, less the £95 deposit per person you should have already paid.

If you have not already paid the deposit, please add the relevant deposit payments to the basket before checking out.

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

re Deposits: Please note this is a non-returnable deposit.

Places are secured on a first come, first served basis when at least a non-refundable deposit payment has been received by us for each person per booking.

Balance payments must be received no later than 6 weeks (by Friday 16th January 2026) prior to the date of the event. If payments have not been received within the stated timescales, we will assume you are cancelling your place and your deposit payment will not be returned.

The fees include your tuition fees, materials necessary for each workshop, lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments. Where the residential option has been selected, hotel accommodation will be provided on Friday & Saturday night, with dinner on each evening plus breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning.

Tutors will provide all necessary tools for your use during the workshops.

The fees do not include transport to/from the event, additional food and drink or any additional materials you wish to purchase whilst at the event.

If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, we will make every effort to resell your place. Where your place(s) cannot be resold, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the event itself: £95 deposit.
Cancellation between 8 weeks and the event itself, including non-arrivals: 100% of the booking value.

The cancellation fees will be based on when we receive notification to cancel from you in writing (by email) and is to cover outgoing costs to the venue, product kits ordered & tutor fees prior to the event.

Should we need to cancel the event a 100% refund will be processed within 14 days of us notifying you about the cancellation.

Should we have to postpone the event then you will be given the option of moving to the new date or a refund will be processed within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel. A reasonable time limit will be given in this circumstance for you to cancel, after which time our usual cancellation terms will apply.

We reserve the right to change tutors, workshops and timings of the workshops due to operational circumstances.

Discounts are valid at time of booking only. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Discounts are applied to balance payments.
